Under the current draft, the plan would require that 30% of new residential units in the rezoned area be set aside as permanently affordable housing, tied to the area median income formula the city has used in prior rezonings.

A revised version of the plan circulated Friday afternoon removes the specific 30% affordable-housing set-aside figure, replacing it with language directing the housing preservation department to 'determine an appropriate affordability requirement' before the full council vote.

Latest changes

Articles from participating outlets are captured on a fixed schedule after publication. When a captured version differs from the previous one, it appears here as a revision.

A single page can’t be diffed against itself, so we compare the live page against its most recent Internet Archive snapshot and show what changed. This is an ad-hoc, unreviewed comparison against a third-party archive — separate from NTN’s own twice-confirmed, auto-published tracked feed.

About this method: This is fully automated — no one picks what to show.
