How this ledger works: this is an append-only record of NTN’s own mistakes. Entries are never edited or removed once published; if a correction itself turns out to need revising, a new dated entry is added rather than changing the original. Every entry states what was wrong, the fix that was applied, and who reviewed it before it was published.
